Wellington High School students recently achieved great results at the Coolah Central School Horse Sports Day. The Wellington High School Horse sports team consisted of Arlie Clout, Leiha McGeorge and Hannah Wilson. They were successful in winning, for the consecutive year,the best presented small school.
Leiha McGeorge was also successful in being the 15 years reserve Champion.
Other events that were attended during the year included
· North West Equestrian Expo Coonabarabran
· Dunedoo Central school horse sports
· Mendooran Central school horse sports
· Coolah Central school horse sports
Leiha achieved 15 years Champion at Mendooran Horse sports.
In 2015 we are hoping to make Gulgong, Mudgee and Tamworth carnivals, contact Mrs Nugent if you are interested in being part of the team.
