  • A comprehensive program of excursions and incursions to enhance learning beyond the classroom
  • A wide range of extra-curricular activities, including sporting, cultural and leadership opportunities

Clontarf Boys Academy

The Clontarf Foundation exists to improve the education, discipline, life skills, self-esteem and employment prospects of young Aboriginal and Torres Strait islander men and by doing so equips them to participate more meaningfully in society.

We offer students:
  • Mentors provide in-class involvement, guiding boys through learning tasks and building strong study habits.
  • Mentors help tailor learning approaches so each student receives support that fits his strengths and needs.
  • Our mentors offer enrichment pathways, encouraging capable students to take on advanced challenges and leadership roles.
  • Staff provide personal guidance and mentorship focused on wellbeing, helping boys develop resilience, confidence, and emotional awareness.

NASCA Girls Academy

NASCA’s vision is to empower our young Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander girls to be proud, strong and successful, nurturing their cultural identity while supporting their growth. Through guidance, opportunity and community connection, we aim to help each girl recognise her strengths, embrace her potential and thrive in every aspect of her life.

We offer students:
  • In the classroom, mentors actively engage with the girls, fostering confidence, cultural pride and effective learning habits.
  • Learning is shaped around each girl’s unique strengths, with mentors designing supportive approaches that help her grow academically and personally.
  • Enrichment opportunities are made accessible for students, encouraging them to explore challenges, step into leadership and recognise their own capability.
  • Wellbeing support is delivered through meaningful mentor–student relationships, strengthening resilience, self-belief and emotional wellbeing.

Tailored learning support

We know every child learns in their own way. That’s why we provide tailored learning support to help each student do their best. Our programs meet different student needs. This includes high potential and gifted students, students with additional needs or disability, and those who need wellbeing support. At our school, your child will get the support they need to succeed.

We offer students:
  • student learning support officers (SLSO) in the classroom
  • teaching and learning adjustments
  • extension activities for students who need extra challenge
  • wellbeing and counselling support.

A welcoming community

Our school is a place where students from all backgrounds feel safe, respected and part of the community. We value diversity and fairness. Your child will learn and grow in a school that celebrates who they are. We prepare students to be confident, well-rounded global citizens.

We create a welcoming community by:
  • supporting students learning English as an additional language or dialect (EAL/D)
  • incorporating culturally inclusive school events such as NAIDOC Week and National Reconciliation Week
  • ensuring cultural safety for all students.
